The experience
An hour before sunrise a boat carries you across the dark Nile, tea in hand. On the West Bank the balloons are filling with fire and light. Then you lift off, gently, and the world opens below: the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Hatshepsut, green fields and the river turning gold.
